SHITTY SHITTY JAM BAND W ZUZUKA AND VANDANA..

Zuzuka just came back from a 2 month tour of south america and stepped right onto the stage collaborating on a couple of songs with the Shitty boys...Vandana sang early set..cool as always.. and Modest P kept the turntables warm.

CLARK GAYTON AND TAYLOR MCFERRIN..

Clark sounds so good...amazing , always on point ! Back for a few days from his ongoing touring with Mr Springsteen...tonight was with one of his one of his side projects called Explorations in Dub.

Taylor McFerrin opened the night with his also always superb set....Brennan Green dj'ed...nice night folks !!

FORRO A LA NEW ORLEANS...

Mauro from Forro in the Dark is out on tour with Red Hot Chilli Peppers so Clark Gayton who happened to be in town for 3 days from his tour with Bruce Springsteen played instead...Brian Mitchell ,Guilherme Monteiro and  Davi Vieira joined in and it became some kind of Forro mixed with New Orleans grooves.. it was great . Clark is here again with his band on friday - not to be missed !!

The night rode and rode... The Hives came to the club , TV on the Radio music peeps were here.. besides the excellent bands Hess is More and Goran Kajfes Subtropic Arkestra. The nite was billed as Mauro and friends .....but .. Mauro had to leave town to join Red Hot Chilli Peppers continuos tour ....so the band was the remaining two of forro in the dark, Jorge and Guilherme joined by Aaron and Jesse of the BG's and Jesse also from Love Trio.
